Charged 

— Delisha J. Crosby, 24, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense). 

— Johnny Ray Ratliff, 44, was charged Thursday with public intoxication. 

— George Lee Sexton, 48, was charged Thursday with public intoxication. 

— Jamie N. Smith, 18, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more. 

— Chance Alan-Michael Wiesen, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of marijuana, buying or possession drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 1:44 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1661 Bypass Road in reference to a theft. 

— At 9:12 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 175 Hospital Drive in reference to a theft from a vehicle. 

— At 10:11 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to Church Alley and Lexington Avenue in reference to a theft from a truck. 

— At 4:15 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of harassing communications. 

— At 4:48 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. in reference to shoplifting. 

— At 5:23 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 20 Cook Ave. in reference to a domestic disturbance. 

— At 6:17 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an assault that occurred on Bloomfield Road. 

— At 6:25 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of someone cashing a check without providing the services to be rendered. 

— At 8:10 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 2 Linden Ave. in reference to suspected child abuse. 

— At 8:32 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 3 Sycamore St. in reference to public intoxication. 

— At 9:05 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to East Broadway Street and Dallas Alley in reference to a domestic disturbance. 

— At 9:39 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. in reference to public intoxication. 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS 

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one stroke, one overdose and one obstetrics case.

— At 6:07 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 1221 Bypass Road.

— At 7:32 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to and extinguished an unauthorized burning at 15 Sterling St.

— At 9:16 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to and extinguished an unauthorized burning at Madison Avenue and First Street.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

—At 2:51 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted emergency medical services at 5374 Schollsville Road. 

— At 8:52 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 306 Remeau Circle. 

— At 10:09 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at LaFayette and McClure roads. 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF 

Accidents

— At 9:28 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident at the intersection of McClure Road and LaFayette Boulevard in which a 2016 Toyota Highlander driven by Diana Phillips, 51, of Monet Boulevard, struck a 2003 Lexus SC430 driven by Edward Bordas, 67, of LaFayette Boulevard. Phillips told deputies her stomach cramped as she pulling out of LaFayette onto McClure causing her to lose focus and strike the oncoming vehicle. Phillips was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. 

— At 10 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a single-vehicle injury accident in which the tire blew out on a truck driven by Gary Morris, 59, of Bybee Road. Morris lost control of the truck after the tire blew, striking a ditch, fence post and mailbox before overturning and striking a tree. Morris as transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. 

Reports

— At 4:09 a.m. Thursday, deputies were dispatched to 709 Princeton to located a missing AR-15. In questioning, Dallas John Larimore told police he hid the firearm at this location. The homeowner gave deputies permission to search the residence, where the located the missing gun along with various magazines, ammunition and range equipment hidden under a bed.
