Watson Reid Morton, 70

Watson Reid Morton, 70, husband of Monnie Sue Willoughby Morton, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at Clark Regional Medical Center. He was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, on May 17, 1947, to the late Lindsay and Virginia Mae Back Morton. He was a self-employed carpenter, a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a decorated bronze star recipient. Mr. Morton was a member of West Bend Church of God, where he taught Sunday school.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Mark and Stephen Morton; two step children, Tim Brady and Tracey Robinson; four grandchildren, Manda, Matthew, Derrick and Shelby Morton; seven step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several step grandchildren; and three sisters, Ruth Bridges of Clay City, KY, Nan Nolda and Nell Pasley, both of Nebraska.
