CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Lanetta W. Cecil, 42, of 1 Madison Ave., was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking
— Gary Brown, 43, of 17 New St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence (second offense) and fourth-degree assault.
— Ronnie Stevens, 57, of Vienna Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
— Mary Lamb, 50, of 120 Strode Station Circle, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
Accidents
— At 8:08 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 in which Melanie K. Moore of 712 Crockett Court was traveling west near the 93 mile marker when her vehicle began to shake and went off the road into the grass. Moore was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, one diabetic case, four seizures and one overdose.

— Bobby R. Coomer, 33, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— Whitney M. Davis, 22, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Nickoel Jamie Manley, 44, was charged Saturday with illegal possession of a legend drug and alcohol intoxication.
— James E. Owens, 34, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Theodore Allen Scott, 44, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.

— At 10:46 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 125 Upper St. concerning a report of credit card fraud.
— At 1:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 625 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen monument.
— At 1:25 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 810 Bypass Road concerning a stolen drill.
— At 1:59 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 419 E. Washington St. concerning a person with knives breaking windows. Bobby Coomer was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 5:56 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 3488 Stamper Drive concerning a stolen package.
— At 8:40 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 3:22 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning persons making threats.

— At 11:45 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 1225 Athens Boonesboro Road.
— At 12:17 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke around Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.
