WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, six respiratory cases and two overdoses.

— At 10:28 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 130 Ecton Road.

— At 6:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 608 Laura Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Heather Nicole Combs, 35, was charged Monday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Richard Lee Stamper, 39, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

At 11:08 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Winchester IGA, 123 N. Main St., concerning a theft of copper.

— At 12:43 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 7 Almond St. concerning a burglary and theft of property.

— At 1:23 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Road after someone broke into a storage unit and took a firearm and tool boxes.

— At 1:43 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1425 Westwood Drive concerning a stolen pair of shoes.

— At 1:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 1:59 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 55 N. Main St. concerning an assault.

— At 2:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 414 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault. Richard Lee Stamper was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 2:53 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 4:44 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 5:29 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 3478 Stamper Drive for a trespassing complaint and possible drug activity. Heather Nicole Combs was arrested and charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 9:54 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 498 Hidden Hills Way for a domestic disturbance.
