The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court June 8, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Lillian Barnett, facilitation to commit murder, sentenced to five years; facilitation to commit first-degree burglary, sentenced to five years consecutive; facilitation to commit first-degree assault (two counts), sentenced to five years consecutive.

— Michael D. Napier, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for four years, must complete drug court; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 180 days concurrent.

— Michael D. Napier, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for four years, must complete drug court; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.

— Gordon B. Daniels, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing July 6.

— Marie Jones, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year.

— Donald Wayne Lewis, driving on a suspended operator’s license, dismissed; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.

— David G. Campbell, flagrant non-support, sentenced to three years, first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Gina Jones, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing July 6.

— Gregory K. Larison, receiving stolen property, sentenced to two years; unlawful possession of a meth precursor, sentenced to two years concurrent; possession of simulated controlled substance for sale or transfer, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Greg Larison, first-degree bail jumping, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case.

— Farrell Wayne Holder, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentenced to three years.
