CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 2:24 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 9656 Wades Mill Road after someone broke into a residence and took several pieces of jewelry.

— At 12:46 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 112 Mary Way after someone vandalized two vehicles.

Accidents

— At 8:23 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident in which Cassy Wilson of Mount Sterling was traveling east on Ecton Road when she lost control of her vehicle which went off the road, struck a fence and came to rest on its left side. Wilson and her passenger, Charlotte Wilson of Mount Sterling, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Patrick John Hutson, 47, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

— Russell Edward Miller, 31, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 12:50 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1103 Westwood Drive concerning an assault, which happened on Second Street.

— At 3:19 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 32 Lincoln St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 3:47 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Calrk Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a discharged patient who refused to leave. Patrick John Hutson was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

— At 2:02 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning Social Security fraud.

— At 8:49 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:11 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4857 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road.

— At 8:26 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 3665 Ecton Road.
