Clarence Edward Lykins

Clarence Edward Lykins, 86, went home to be with his Lord and loving wife of 52 years, Pansy ‘Pam’ Hundley Lykins, on Sunday, June 18, 2017 in Winchester, KY.

He was born on September 20, 1930, in Kenova, WV, to the late Burl and Rosa Pauline Lykins. Mr. Lykins was a United States Navy Veteran, where he proudly served more than 30 years, including Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a successful business owner of Fox Haul Towing and C&D Towing. He was very proud of his Cherokee Indian Heritage; he was also an active member of Northside Baptist Church and a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. 

He is survived by three sons, Daryl Lykins and wife, Pamela of Camden, NC, Thomas Lykins of Winchester, KY, James Lykins and wife, Sheila of Somerset, KY; one daughter, Kathleen Hagar and her husband, Brad of Frankfort, KY; seven grandchildren, Paris, Judy, Tom, Johnathan, Lindsey, Jackson and Kennedy; eight great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Donald Eugene Lykins. 

Services will be at 5:00 PM, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Northside Baptist Church with Pastor Jesse Kline officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until time of service. Graveside services will be at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.
