CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Connor Gibson, 19, of 4645 Riverman Way, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— Ruth Zamarron, 46, of 2 First St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— James Tucker, 50, of 300 Sidwell Lane, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 4:30 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 485 McCullough Lane concerning a theft of debit card information and a theft.

Accidents

— At 3:09 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 98-mile marker in which Christopher J. Rollier of Morehead was traveling east when a tire failed and his vehicle hit an embankment. Rollier was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and two seizures.

— At 10:51 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1221 Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:10 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 98-mile marker of Interstate 64.

— At 5:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an all-terrain vehicle accident at 436 Rabbittown Road.

Reports

— At 3 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 156 Westside Drive concerning prowlers.

— At 7:29 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 423 Country Club Drive concerning a stolen backpack and laptop computer.

— At 7:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark County Community Services, 30 Taylor Ave., concerning a theft.

— At 7:47 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 335 S. Maple St. concerning a series of strange texts and phone calls.

— At 8:01 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 34 Winn Ave. concerning a theft of tools.
