CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Amy R. Brittingham, 48, of 485 McCullough Lane, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), giving officer a false name, theft of identity and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— Sandra Stone, 47, of 260 Cunningham Way, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
Reports
— At 7:45 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an accident on Mount Sterling Road. One of the drivers, William Malcome, was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
— At 8:01 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle stopped in the middle of Water Works Road facing the wrong direction. The driver, Amy R. Brittingham, was arrested on multiple offenses.
Accidents
— At 6:02 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Sandra Stone of 260 Cunningham Lane was traveling east when her vehicle dropped off the edge of the road, overcorrected and struck another vehicle in the rear. Stone was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. The two people in the other vehicle, Brittany Tyra and Whitney Tyra, of 3434 Crowe Rodge Road, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 25 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one stroke, one seizure and three overdoses.
— At 10:19 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2745 Boonesboro Road. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:04 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a call at CVS Pharmacy on West Broadway Street.
— At 2:41 p.m Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 100 Hillcrest Drive.
— At 4:11 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Wades Mill and White-Turley roads.
— At 10:34 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 2146 Iron Works Road for an investigation.
— At 5:02 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1862 Venable Road.
— At 6:03 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 7501 Iron Works Road.
— At 2:22 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 143 Shady Lane.

Charged
— Joseph Harvey Bandy, 28, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Christopher Lee Gipson, 24, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.
— Preston Demond Knowles, 28, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Joseph Brett Mattingly, 28, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Bobbie J. Mitchell, 43, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, first-degree wanton endangerment and was served a warrant.
— Jacob Rice, 22, was charged Sunday with resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.
— Tia N. Stamper, 33, was charged Sunday with third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 6:40 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 63 Clay St. after someone broke into a building.
— At 9:48 a.m. Friday, officers took report concerning a sexual assault.
— At 4:17 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a theft of clothes, shoes and a cell phone.
— At 5:50 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road concerning a theft from a truck.
— At 8:54 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Animal Crackers Day Care, 121 E. Lexington Ave., concerning a burglary. Joseph Harvey Bandy and Jason Lee Cooper were charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
— At 9:55 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen car from 213 Second St.
— At 10:25 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning the theft of a wallet from a truck.
— At 5:07 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 200 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen Xbox, controllers and games.
— At 5:33 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 10 Taylor Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 6:07 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 5 Wilson Lane concerning a theft of a Social Security and EBT card.
— At 5:37 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft. Jacob Rice was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.
— At 8:28 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1600 Bypass Road after a vending machine was turned over.
— At 11:12 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 15 Redwing Drive for a property damage complaint.
— At 4:17 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 221 S. Burns Ave. concerning the theft of an iPad from a vehicle.
— At 7:05 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Fitch and Wheeler avenues for an investigation. Preston Knowles was arrested for violation of an EPO/DVO.
— At 9:11 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 24 Cook Ave. concerning a stolen laptop computer.
— At 9:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 195 Prescott Lane concerning a stolen dog.
— At 11:34 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 124 Sterling St. concerning a woman asking for drugs and exposing herself. Tia N. Stamper was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
