CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Stewart Williams, 27, of 1571 Water Works Road, was charged Monday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

— Darrell D. Vance, 48, of Georgetown, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 7:46 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 603 Dixiana Drive after someone stole an aluminum boat from the front yard.

— At 6:20 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a reckless driver complaint on Bypass Road. Darrell D. Vance was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 5:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 285 Winn Ave.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— William Howard Butler, 30, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Christopher Wayne Hisle, 32, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Joshua T. Ritchie, 35, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Ridge Douglas Wilson, 30, was charged with first-degree stalking.

Reports

— At 6:06 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 107 Park Ave. after someone broke into a vehicle.

— At 9:53 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning harassing phone calls.

— At 2:50 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 306 Hanover Drive concerning a theft from a garage.

— At 3:28 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a sexual assault.

— At 7:28 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. William Howard Butler was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:50 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1106 Dale Drive concerning a fight in progress.

— At 8:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 20 Ashland Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 9:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Main Street and Winn Avenue concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 9:39 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 115 Kittison Drive concerning a person making threats.

Accidents

— At 1:59 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway in which Lillian Hatton, of 1400 Gay Evans Road, was traveling east and attempted to turn left onto Mount Sterling Road. A witness said Hatton turned in front of an oncoming vehicle, which was driven by Robert Dore of 11 Cherokee Drive. The two drivers and three passengers in Dore’s vehicle were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to seven general medical calls and one cardiac case.

— At 7:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Rose Mary Drive. It was a false alarm.
