Reports

— At 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 1280 W. Therese Drive after someone broke into a storage unit.

— At 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 1700 Grimes Mill Road after someone broke into a residence and took jewelry boxes, a safe and two candlesticks.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— David Michael Flack, 38, was charged Wednesday with resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear seat belts.

— Francis Jane Purvis, 59, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— Randall Craig Smith, 28, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

Reports

— At 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 32 Elizabeth St. after someone broke into a garage.

— At 2:33 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of a bank card and other cards.

— At 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 307 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an armed robbery in an alley.

— At 5:26 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 309 Carolina Ave. after two packages were stolen.

— At 5:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 28 Buckner St. concerning a stolen package.

— At 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1122 Dale Drive after someone broke into a residence and stole a dog.
