CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Casey Moore, 31, of 539 Treehaven Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Clinton Price, 46, of 271 Winn Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-, second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain insurance, no registration plate and no registration receipt.

— Lisa Miller, 36, of 271 Winn Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, and first-, second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Darrell Todd Gray, 31 was charged Wednesday as a fugitive from another state and with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Logan Tyler Kennedy, 22, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, giving an officer a false name or address and was served a warrant.

— Jamie D. Overpeck, 46, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts) and was served a warrant.

— Zeta Lynn Winburn, 62, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— At 8:28 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 168 Stevenson Heights concerning a theft of money.

— At 9:33 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 2 Winchester Plaza concenring a person attempting to cash stolen checks.

— At 10:39 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning items recovered from a yard.

— At 10:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 260 Oxford Drive concerning property damage.

— At 11:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 925 Rolling Hills Lane concerning fraudulent purchases on a credit card.

— At 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 8 Nelson Ave. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 4:55 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 331 S. Burns Ave. concerning damage to a motorcycle.

— At 5:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a theft.

— At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a woman allegedly stealing clothes and steaks. Zeta Winburn was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 8 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1430 Westwood Drive for a criminal trespassing complaint. Darrell Todd Gray was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 207 Crawford Court concerning a stolen cell phone.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two overdoses and one obstetric case.
