Charged

— Jeffrey Campbell, 43, of 420 S. Main St., was charged Friday with public intoxication and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to four general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, two diabetic cases, two seizures and one overdose.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Zachary Scott Burgess, 28, was charged Thursday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, third-degree assault and was served a warrant.

— Darrell Todd Gray, 31, was charged Thursday as a fugitive from another state.

— Eddie W. Parsley, no age given, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.

— Brigette A. Philpot, 23, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.

Reports

— At 12:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 47 Buckner St. after someone broke into a house and stole construction materials.

— At 3:06 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse.

— At 3:56 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1501 Bypass Road concerning a stolen purse.
