The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court July 5, 2017, with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding.

— Sheila D. Hampton, theft of identity, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 14 days.

— Christopher Hisle, flagrant non-support, contempt of court (two counts), waived to grand jury. (two cases)

— Christopher Hisle, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 342 days conditionally discharged.

— William Malcome, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substamce, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days; first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

– William M. Malcome, tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90-day license suspension; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, 180 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 360 days concurrent.

— Caryn L. McCay, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, waived to grand jury.

— Francis Purvis, first-degree criminal abuse, waived to grand jury.

— Joshua Ritchie, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 271 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Ridge Douglas Wilson, first-degree stalking, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days.
