David Martin, Jr., 40, of Winchester, husband of Sarah Westbrook Martin, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017.

He was born on January 6, 1977 in Lexington, KY. to David W. Martin and Lisa Epperson Kelly. David worked in computer science and was a member of First Baptist Church, Winchester and Newman Center Catholic Church in Lexington. He was a graduate of George Rogers Clark High School. He received an Associate’s Degree from the University of Kentucky as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Sullivan University.

In addition to his wife, Sarah, survivors include one son, Aidan Willis Martin; one daughter, Elise Renee Martin; his father, David W. Martin; his mother, Lisa Epperson Kelly; paternal grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Martin; maternal grandparents, Joe and Laura Westbrook; one brother, Jacob Thomas Martin; two half-sisters, Melissa Cornn and Jacklyn Thompson

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Scobee Funeral Home with Rev. Don Burkhead officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the time of service Wednesday at Scobee Funeral Home.
