CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Joseph McCarty, 41, of Preston, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, tampering with physical evidence and fraudulent use of a credit card.

— Alicia Fultz, 30, of Clearfield, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

— Dillard Finney, 59, of 36 Franklin Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, failure to wear seat belt and no tail lamps.

— Kevin L. Moore, 40, of Morehead, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At noon Friday, deputies took a report concerning a lost handgun.

— At 10:52 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 209 Chardonnay Court concerning an identity theft.

— At 8:34 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 3800 Revilo Road for a burglary complaint at a burglary Kevin L. Moore was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 10:30 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 235 Leslie Drive concerning a theft of money.

— At 10:23 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 204 Primrose Lane after a handgun, wallet and phone were taken from a vehicle.

— At 6:55 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1730 Kiddville Road concerning a stolen vehicle.

Accidents

— At 12:18 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Kelly L. Watts of 117 Cunningham Lane lost consciousness while driving. Her vehicle went off the road and onto a ditch, coming to rest on its side. A passenger, Kenneth Watts, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, one respiratory case, six diabetic cases, one stroke and four seizures.

— Danny Roy Abney, 41, was charged Sunday with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, persistent felony offender and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Chester William Ayers, 33, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jonathan B. Bostic, 40, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

— Billy J. Canafax, 21, was charged Saturday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Wayne Combs, 53, was charged Friday with third0degree burglary.

— Lisa Hampton, 37, was charged Saturday with fraudulent use of an ID/credit card, possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and illegal possession of a legend drug.

— Paul A. Leach, 38, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— Nickoel Jamie Manley, 44, was charged Saturday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Howard G. Tudor, 33, was charged Saturday with tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 2:45 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 408 W. Washington St. concerning an assault. Paul A. Leach was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:36 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 424 E. Washington St. concerning a person bitten by a dog.

— At 12:05 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 127 Buffalo Trace after someone broke into a residence and stole property.

— At 12:05 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 125 Sterling St. concerning a stolen sim card.

— At 1:31 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 700 Tech Drive concerning a person making threats.

— At 1:33 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 65 Locust Drive concerning stolen firearms from a residence.

— At 2:40 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 636 W. Lexington Ave. for a criminal trespassing complaint.

— At 6:11 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person trying to steal a television. Wayne Combs was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 7:09 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 15 Sterling St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 8:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive concerning a DVO violation.

— At 8:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 505 College St. concerning a burglary complaint.

— At 3:49 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 134 Holly Ave. concerning stolen tools.

— At 8:28 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 206 S. Maple St. concerning a stolen handgun.

— At 9:11 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1501 Bypass Road after a purse was taken from a vehicle.

— At 1:32 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 104 Pedro Way concerning a stolen purse.

— At 2:28 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 31 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.

— At 6:25 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning people making threats.

— At 7:17 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a recovered wallet.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:07 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 988 Pine Ridge Road.

— At 12:43 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a mattress on fire at Epperson and Dry Fork roads.

— At 12:34 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Trapp Goff’s Corner roads.

— At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to the 89 mile marker on Interstate 64 for an investigation.

— At 12:25 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a car fire near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.
