Reports

— At 12:59 p.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a stolen all-terrain vehicle.

— At 6:30 a.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a damaged mailbox. 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and one seizure.

— At 9:19 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:59 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a natural gas leak at Main and Broadway streets.

— At 7:42 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 230 Belmont Ave. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Todd Michael Lee, 31, was charged Monday with careless driving and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Thomas D. McIntyre, 50, was charged Monday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Reports

— At 12:18 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 843 Bypass Road concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 3:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 139 Holly Ave. after juveniles damaged the caller’s pool.

— At 5:57 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a harassment complaint.

— At 7:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 142 Linden Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 9:24 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 114 Village Ct. concerning stolen bicycles.

— At 10:04 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
