WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Over the weekend emergency personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two strokes, three seizures, two overdoses and one obstetrics case.
— At 5:05 Friday, firefighters responded to a fire-alarm sounding at 1934 Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.
— At 10:08 p.m. Sunday, firefighters provided mutual aid for a structure fire in Powell County.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Danny Branson, 51, was charged Saturday with failure to maintain required insurance and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
— Shannon Dale Griffett, 46, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Lenora Ann Haggard, 45, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— James Meadows, 32, was charged Friday with Friday with driving under the influence (first offnse) and first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Yasmeen Navarro, 21, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.
— Vard Noble, 40, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property under $500, third-degree escape, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
— Jason Rimer, 35, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.
— Robert Lee Sams, 42, was charged Saturday for public intoxication.
— Clinton Todd Stephenson, 49, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
— Ralph Tipton, 59, was charged Friday for third-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 3:38 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of an assault that occurred on the property of Campbell Junior High School.
— At 5:46 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of someone using the complainant’s name to get a cable TV account at 14 Rowland Ave.
— At 6:36 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a stolen Masonic ring.
— At 7:40 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 157 Cook Ave. in reference to theft of a bike.
— At 8:12 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 419 E. Washington St. in reference to a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:32 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 138 Fifth St.
— At 9:38 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 202 S. Maple St. in reference to vandalism of rental property.
— At 12:11 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an overdose at 129 Stevenson Heights.
— At 4:11 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 108 S. Main St. in reference to a man urinating on the sidewalk and threatening to cut people’s heads off.
— At 7:41 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 19 Fairview Ave. in reference to theft of a chainsaw, tools and fishing supplies.
— At 8:23 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 842 Bypass Road in reference to a stolen vehicle.
— At 9:23 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 322 S. Main St. in reference to a stolen vehicle and laptop.
— At 10:59 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 14 Finley Road in reference a breaking and entering and theft of tools.
— At 11:19 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report that five guns stolen from 46 Hiawatha Trail were recovered by the property owner.
— At 12:21 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Lexington Avenue and Wall Alley in reference to a domestic disturbance.
— At 2:22 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1661 Bypass Road in reference to an employee who stolen approximately $6,000 over the course of a year.

— At 2:04 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 843 Bypass Road in reference to a stolen wallet.
— At 6:13 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at at the area of Lexington Avenue and Wally Alley.

— At 10:43 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5799 Rockwell Road.
— At 2:11 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at the area of Irvine Road and Pilot View Road.
— At 9:20 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Clintonville Road.
— At 11:32 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
