CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— John Anderson, 23, of Lexington, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 11:03 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 508 Acadia Way after someone kicked in the door at a residence.
— At 9:06 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Stone Ephesus Road concerning a person leaving the scene of an accident.
—At 8:48 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 515 Morris Road for a terroristic threatening complaint.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one stroke and one seizure.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:58 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a grass fire at 1680 Irvine Road.
— At 8:44 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 200 Glenway Road.
— At 12:44 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a smell of gas near 3000 Lexington Road.

Charged
— Benjamin Franklin Larson, 33, was charged Tuesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.

— AT 3:18 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 215 College St. after someone threw a rock through a car’s windshield.
— At 11:11 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 101 N. Main St. concerning a forged check.
— At 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 107 Georgia St. concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 7:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 120 April Way concerning a theft from a car including a purse and a cell phone.
— At 7:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1185 Fulton Road concerning a theft of monty.
— At 8:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. for a domestic dispute.
— At 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance.
