CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 4:34 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 706 Dry Fork Road concerning a property dispute and shots being fired. No one involved wanted to pursue charges concerning the incident.

— At 2:28 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 616 Bunker Hill Drive concerning juveniles throwing rocks and damaging the caller’s house.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:33 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a downed power line at 3843 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 12:35 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 4:57 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell Road and Treehaven drive.

— At 5:59 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 612 Bunker Hill Drive for an investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Natasha Ann Tincher, 42, was charged Tuesday with giving an officer a false name or address, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Michael Sean Tuttle, 41, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and driving under the influence.

— At 12:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1100 Enterprise Drive concerning a theft.

— At 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 512 W. Lexington Ave. after a fence was damaged during the night.

— At 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 12:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning stolen gutters from Holly Rood.

— At 4:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.
