— Paul Lesage, 40, of South Main Street, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and no registration.

Reports

— At 7:37 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Two Mile Road concerning a theft of clothes from a vehicle.

— At 3:43 p.m. Aug. 2, deputies were called to 1156 Lafayette Blvd. after  vehicle damaged a mailbox.

— At 5 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 406 McDowell Drive after someone opened two credit accounts using the caller’s identity.

— At 10:32 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 108 Robyn Drive after a person failed to perform work after being paid.

— At 1:02 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Comfort Inn, 5250 Revilo Road, after a black male jumped over the counter and demanded money. Following a struggle with an employee, the suspect opened the drawer and fled with a small amount of cash.

Accidents

— At 3:17 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Jonathan L. Smith of Frankfort said he lost concentration and his motorcycle went off the road and overturned. Smith was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on his back. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER

FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two strokes and four seizures.

— At 7:22 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 108 S. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:23 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1645 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. It was caused by a broken sprinkler head.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:52 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road.

— At 1:14 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2940 Water Works Road.

— At 3:17 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Goosey roads.

— At 8:19 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 580 Bailey Lane.

— At 1:13 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on the Mountain Parkway near the 4 mile marker.

— At 5:33 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Bypass and Fulton roads.

— At 6:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 97 mile marker.

— At 6:50 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2099 Iron Works Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James Edward Adkins, 38, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary.

— Andrew Edens, 28, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and second-degree burglary.

— Jennifer N. Himes, 31, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 12:16 p.m. Friday, officers took a report for a custodial interference complaint.

— At 12:19 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 12:23 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.

— At 12:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 144 Holly Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:15 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 344 Hill St. concerning a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 4:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a theft of money.

— At 6:48 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, to check on an unresponsive woman in a vehicle. Jennifer Himes was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:57 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 17 Sterling St. concerning the theft of three tiki poles.

— At 9:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 110 Kittison Drive for a vandalism complaint.

— At 1:45 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, for a possible theft.

— At 9:49 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 111 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen purse.

— At 10 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a theft after someone used the caller’s bank card without permission.

— At 10:50 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a stalking complaint.

— At 1:35 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 2:36 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 35 Hays St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 5:42 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.

— At 10:10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1 Shoppers Drive after someone broke into a vehicle at Burger King and took a wallet and other property.

— At 10:45 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 10 Cook Ave. concerning an EPO/DVO violation.
