CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell and Van Meter roads.

— At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at West Lexington Avenue and Bloomfield Road.

— At 8:49 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3660 Muddy Creek Road.

Reports

— At 9:21 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2136 Mount Sterling Road concerning three males breaking into a vehicle.

— At 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 3462 Athens Boonesboro Road after someone broke into a residence and took several items.

Accidents

— At 4:41 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road in which John C. Fender Jr. of College Center, Ohio, was turning left from Van Meter Road in front of an oncoming vehicle driven by Teddy Miller of Flemingsburg. Fender was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Heather Nicole Combs, 35, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of produce. Heather Nicole Combs was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

— At 2:06 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 243 Buffalo Trace for a report of a gunshot.

— At 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road concerning a person threatening to shoot a customer.

— At 9:20 am. Tuesday, officers were called to 168 Stevenson Heights concerning an assault.

— At 10:17 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning identity theft.

— At 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 5 Ratliff Court concerning a theft.

— At 5:21 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 419 E. Washington St. concerning a theft from a trailer.

— At 9:27 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an overdose.
