Charges that a Clark County mother and her boyfriend tied up and abused her sons were dismissed Thursday by the grand jury.

Anna Camacho, 29, of 4750 Paris Road, and her boyfriend, 23-year-old Juan Mandonado, were arrested in May after two boys claimed they were tied up and assaulted by Maldonado in Camacho’s home.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the boys reported the allegations to school counselors on May 12 and deputies were notified May 31.
