The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Aug. 2 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding.

— Kilburn Campbell, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Tisha Cornett, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, 12 days; second-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Kimberly Henderson, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Christy King, third-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 90 days conditionally discharged.

— Anthony Leckie, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 60 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

— Blake Maupin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree wanton endangerment, waived to grand jury.

— Jason M. Rimer, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 30 days.

— Jason M. Rimer, second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, 30 days concurrent with previous case.

— Eric Rogers, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 79 days conditionally discharged; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— David Stephens, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days.
