— Clark County Human Services Council meeting, noon at Clark County Public Library community room. Nancy Turner of Winchester-Clark County Tourism will present information on using the new community calendar. All human services agencies serving Clark County are invited to send a representative. Attendees may bring their own lunch.
— Winchester Board of Commissioners meeting, 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. There will also be a special meeting at 4:30 p.m.
— Clark County Public Schools tax rate hearing, 5:30 p.m. in the Central Office board room, 1600 West Lexington Ave.
— Clark County Public School Board of Education meeting, 6:30 p.m. in the Central Office board room, 1600 West Lexington Ave.
— Clark County Retired Teachers Association meeting, 6 p.m. at the Clark County Extension Office. Guest speakers will be state Rep. Donna Mayfield and state Sen. Ralph Alvarado. — Clark County 4-H/FFA Youth Livestock Show and Sale, 5:30 p.m. at Clark County Fairgrounds. Guests can purchase an animal raised by a student for a 4-H or FFA project.
