WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one overdose and two respiratory cases.

Charged

— Joshua Daniel Campbell, 35, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 8:25 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 18 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 10:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 137 Andover Drive concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 12:19 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of tools and a toolbox from Walle Corporation.

— At 6:31 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 418 Pearl St. concerning a theft from a shed.

— At 8:19 p.m. Wednesday, officers wer called to Central Avenue and Georgia Street concerning an assault.

— At 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance. Joshua Campbell was arrested on multiple offenses.

Accidents

— At 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which Patricia S. Reed of 1655 New Log Lick Road was turning left onto Shoppers Drive when a vehicle in the opposite direction stopped and motioned her across. Reed said she checked the other lane before turning, but was struck by an oncoming vehicle, driven by Charles R. Hall of Jeffersonville. Upon impact, Reed’s vehicle was pushed into a third, driven by Jessica D. Fox of 3600 Wills Rupard Road. A passenger in Hall’s vehicle was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
