Charged
— Brandon Andrews, 25, was charged Saturday with harassment.
— Allen Atkinson, 58, was charged Friday with public intoxication
— Edgedgem Bedania, 19, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, fourth-degree assault, and resisting arrest.
— Brian Best, 47, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain insurance.
— Steven Glover, no age given, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Charles Harrison, 59, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
— Monica Milton, 45, was charged Friday with public intoxication.
— Josiah Stevens, 29, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
— Jeffrey Stopczynski, 31, was charged Saturday with public intoxication.
— Timothy Taulbee, 41, was charged Sunday with driving on a DUI-suspended license, no or expired registration plate and failure to maintain insurance.
— Rachel-ann Velena, 20, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and fourth-degree assault.
— Joshua York, 30, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Over the weekend Winchester EMS responded to 47 general medical calls, 11 cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke case, four seizure cases and five overdose cases.
— At 1:10 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to a fuel spill at 120 Codella Drive.
— At 1:28 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to a lawnmower on fire on a porch at 170 E. Washington St.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 8:25 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 98-mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 6:57 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted emergency crews at 200 Glenway Road.
— At 9:28 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an EC assist call at the 98.5-mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 7:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to the sight of smoke at 703 Kiddville Road.
— At 10:27 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 5799 Rockwell Road.
