Reports
— At 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 140 Logan Lick Road concerning a stolen guitar.
— At 11:24 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 1409 Clintonville Road after someone broke into a residence and took two firearms, a weed trimmer and three pieces of jewelry.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 18 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one overdose.
— At 9:29 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 134 W. Hickman St. It was a false alarm.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Megan Deloris Arreguin, 32, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Edward E. Carmichael, 18, was charged Tuesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, no or expired registration plate, fourth-degree assault and was served two warrants.
— Kyle L. Moore, 19, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and trafficking in marijuana.
— Donnie Willoughby, 35, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
Reports
— At 12:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, for a theft complaint. Megan Deloris Arreguin was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 7:41 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive concerning the theft of a generator from a truck.
— At 8:18 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 9:04 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2033 Van Meter Road after someone threw logs in the sewer which damaged WMU equipment at the waste water treatment plant.
— At 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person threatening the caller with a gun.
— At 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 650 Bullion Blvd. concerning a theft of bank deposits.
— At 8:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 129 Buckner St. concerning a tote bag which had been found.
Accidents
— At 5:46 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Destinee Barber of 44 Rowland Ave., was attempting to turn left from a parking lot onto Bypass Road. Barber said she pulled out, thinking both lanes were clear, but was struck by another vehicle, driven by Brian M. Parker of 4500 Iron Works Road. Barber was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
