WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to nine general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one respiratory case and two seizures.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 149 Eagle Crest Ridge.

— At 2:26 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 2955 Old Ruckerville Road concerning a downed utility line.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

—Karie L. May, 48, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property.

— Bonnie L. Spencer, 60, was charged Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Michael Shawn Walden, 38, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (two counts) and was served two warrants.

— Donnie Willoughby, 35, was charged Wednesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Reports

— At 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Earlymeade and Rose drives concerning suspicious people in a car. Karie L. May and Michael Shane Walden were arrested on multiple offenses.

— At 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a cell phone which was stolen from the pool at College Park.

— At 2:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 47 Jean Court concerning a protective order violation. Donnie Willoughby was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 5:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Market and Kiwi drives after a juvenile damaged the caller’s vehicle with a BB gun.

Accidents

— At 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Wanda R. Durham of 125 Windsor Drive reportedly turned left in front of an oncoming vehicle, driven by Melissa G. Caudill of 82 Mockingbird Valley Drive. Durham was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with a severe arm injury. Caudill was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with a possible head injury, and a passenger, 2-year-old Trike R. Caudill, was taken to be examined.
