CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 428 Paisley Court for a disturbance over a wheelchair.

— At 11:52 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2695 Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone entered the residence and took a knife and coins.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one diabetic case.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:54 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1444 Jones Nursery Road.

— At 1:11 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3008 Muddy Creek Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Rudy Belcher, 46, was charged Tuesday as a fugitive from another state (two counts).

Reports

— At 11:43 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a possible child abuse case.

— At 1:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 2:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a bicycle.

— At 6:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a handgun from a vehicle.

— At 10:05 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 145 Cook Ave. concerning a call for help.
