— Brian K. Best, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90-day license suspension; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Judy Rogers, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, 60 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Timothy Taulbee, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, amended to driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, two days; no or expired registration plate, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Byron D. Babb, third-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespassing,; first-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, waived to grand jury.

— Adrian Dewayne Carty, receiving stolen property, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.

— John Lukasavage, third-degree criminal trespassing, pleaded guilty, 10 days in lieu of fines; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; contempt of court, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Melinda S. Noel, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing Nov. 6; reckless driving, dismissed.
