WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one seizure.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Steven D. Strode, 37, of 138 Spruce Court, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, second-degree fleeing or evading police, no insurance, no registration plate, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and fraudulent use of electronic card for benefits.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Joseph Walter Banks, 38, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Logan Taylor Milton, 29, was charged Thursday with illegal possession of a legend drug, driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, driving on a suspended operator’s license, failure to notify state of address change and possession of operator’s license while privileges are revoked.
Reports
— At 6:10 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Main and Washington streets concerning a theft.
— At 10:21 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning stolen tools.
— At 6:49 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a recovered bicycle.
— At 9:21 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 10 Taylor Ave. concerning an assault.
Accidents
— At 5:25 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Autumn Kincaid of Nicholasville and couuld not stop in time to avoid a stopped vehicle in front of her, driven by Judith McIntosh of 805 Country Club Drive. McIntosh’s car was then pushed into a third vehicle, driven by Brandy Maples of 12 Apache Trail. McIntosh was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 9 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
