CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Allen Broch, 45, of 145 Magnolia St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Kelly Brewer, 35, of 130 Shalamar Rue, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and third-degree assault (three counts).

— Michael Stepp, 55, of 3457 Stamper Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 1:52 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 535 Treehaven Drive after a motorcycle was stolen during the night.

— At 1 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 560 E. Broadway St. after a garage door was damaged.

— At 12:37 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 130 Shalamar Rue for a domestic disturbance. Kelly Brewer was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and three counts of third-degree assault.

Accidents

— At 12:49 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident near 5300 Iron Works Road in which Steven P. Little of Frenchburg lost control of his vehicle in a curve and went off the road before striking a utility pole and a fence. A passenger, Reney Write of Frenchburg, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the holiday weekend, emergency personnel responded to 50 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, seven respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke, one seizure and six overdoses.

— At 8:18 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 9 MacKay Ave. for a stove on fire. It was out when firefighters arrived.

— At 12:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Redwing Drive and Bypass Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Heather Adkins, no age given, was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Jacob Anthony Bowman, 30, was charged Monday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Heather B. Cass, 32, was charged Monday with leaving the scene of an accident and first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Jordan C. Damron, 21, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

— Nancy D. Floyd, 46, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Stephen Michael Green, 32, was charged Monday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking (auto) ad first-degree promoting contraband.

— Kylie N. Morris, 25, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— William R. Price, 40, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Lawrence Skinner, 29, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Eric Christian Sparkman, 37, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Bradley Thompson, 28, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, receiving stolen property and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Alicia L. Wagner, 48, was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Richard Lee White, 35, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 2:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 218 Pendleton St. concerning a stolen saw.

— At 6 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 18 N. Highland St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 8:51 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 33 Buckner St. concerning a theft of money.

— At 2:38 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 104 Tyler Banks Court after someone tried to break into the caller’s apartment. Bradley Thompson was arrested and charged with public intoxication, receiving stolen property and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 7:59 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning a stolen car.

— At 11:13 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 229 Pendleton St. concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 4:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Lexington and Maryland avenues concerning suspected drug activity. Richard Lee White was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 10:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to French Avenue concerning a person breaking windows with a ball bat. Eric Christian Sparkman was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree wanton endangerment.

— At 12:33 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 148 E. Broadway St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 3:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a lost wallet.

— At 9:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning an intoxicated person. Jacob Anthony Bowman was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Stoner Ephesus roads.

— At 5:01 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 212 Yorktowne Drive.

— At 9:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 4295 White Conkwright Road.

— At 7:44 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2291 Muddy Creek Road.

— At 3:34 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 537 Constitution Drive.

— At 4:48 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3431 Colby Road.

— At 8:33 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a controlled burn at 145 Patrick Lane.

— At 10:35 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 1 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway.
