Charged

— Jason Gross, 38, of Whitley City, was charged Thursday with terroristic threatening, harassment and first-degree burglary.

— Dakota Roberts, 36, of Booneville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 6:34 p.m. Thursday, deputies took a report concerning a stolen license plate from a Winchester vehicle.

— At 11 a.m. Thursday, deputies took a report concerning three trucks that were damaged during the night.

Charged

— Joshua Wayne Barnett, 31, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Bobby D. Proffitt, 46, was charged Thursday with public intoxicaiton, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Manuel Velasquez, 31, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

— Jonathan Lee Woods, 32, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 1:33 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an assault. Manuel Velasques was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

— At 2:54 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:12 a.m. Thursday, offiers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft of beer. Jonathan Lee Woods was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 11:28 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., after someone broke in and took dishes, food and paper towels.

— At 11:47 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 16 Carol Road concerning two people slumped over in a vehicle. Bobby D. Proffitt was arrested on multiple charges and Tommy Keith Watkins was charged with public intoxication.

— At 1:36 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 5:51 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.
