The Winchester-Clark County Bard of Adjustments approved a request last week enabling Thoroughbred Gymnastics to operate out of the old YMCA building located on Westmeade Drive.
According to a staff report from the Winchester- Clark County Planning and Zoning Department, Thoroughbred Gymnastics owners Paul and Kathy Bradley applied in July for a conditional use permit for the 14,000 square foot property, which is zoned agricultural. The YMCA was able to operate on the property with a similar permit.
