The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 7, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
— Joseph Kennon, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Oct. 12.
— Melissa Deann Baber, third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; terroristic threatening, pleaded guilty, recommended 360 days, probated for two years, referred to mental health court; sentencing Oct. 12.
— Natasha Stewart, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years, sentencing Oct. 12.
— Christopher R. Tackett, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Christopher R. Tackett, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Elizabeth Ball, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Oct. 12.
— Kenneth Newell Jarman, manufacturing methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Andrea Nichole Santiago, probation violation, stipulated to violation, complete long-term treatment.

— Timothy Gregory vs. Cheryl Buckler-Gregory, divorce.
— Community Trust Bank vs. Emily McCall now known as Emily Hook and James D. Hook II, foreclosure.
— Absolute Resolutions Corp. vs. Sarah McClure, seeking $5,471.06 plus interest for debt.
— Gateway Financial Solutions vs. Jacob Pesina, seeking $8,487.69 plus interest for debt.
— Virginia Cloyd vs. Arnold Holley, Suttles Truck Leasing, Dana Transport and Government Employees Insurance Co., personal injury.
