— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one stroke.

— At 11:57 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 44 Mockingbird Valley Drive after a contractor hit a natural gas line.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Charles William Saylor, 42, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jeremiah Taulbee, 33, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 7:48 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 134 Kentucky St. after someone broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet.

— At 10:35 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1202 Westwood Drive after a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 10:56 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an EPO.

— At 11:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 120 Codella Drive concerning a theft of beer. Charles William Saylor and Jeremiah Taulbee were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

— At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
