WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and one overdose.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 3:25 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Old Boonesboro Road and Heather Lane.
— At 9:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an accident at Redwing Drive and Bypass Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Natasha Tincher, 42, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 10:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen motorcycle.
— At 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning theft.
— At 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 121 Crawford Ave. concerning stolen fishing poles.
— At 7:58 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 151 Winn Ave. for a fight in progress. Natasha Tincher was arrested for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— At 9:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report about someone posting information about a juvenile on Craigslist.
Accidents
— At 6:36 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on South Main Street in which Beverly Alvarez of 574 Little Stoner Road lost control of her vehicle and struck a sign and a tree. Alvarez was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Charles Oakley, 30, of Clay City, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and was served a warrant.
Reports
— At 10:48 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Lykins Park after three males damaged a vehicle in the parking lot.
— At 4:11 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 139 Mimosa Drive concerning a stolen cell phone.
Accidents
— At 10:02 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Cabin Creek Road in which Mary Lamb of 190 Right Angle Road was found inside a vehicle that went through a fence and came to rest in a creek. Lamb was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.
