— Joseph Banks, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, 180 days concurrent, 150 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— John Marks, flagrant non-support, dismissed.

— Ronald L. McCarty Jr., first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Justin Blake Meadows, receiving stolen property (firearm), carrying a concealed deadly weapon, waived to grand jury.

— William Vaughn, public intoxication, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed.
