Charged

— Hubert Stewart, 36, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

— At 7:22 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 640 Athens Boonesboro Road concerning an identity theft.

— At 4:49 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to the Winchester Police Department concerning a person reporting fraudulent purchases on a credit card.

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one stroke.

— At 5:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Van Meter Road near Interstate 64.

— At 4:13 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near Bypass Road and Interstate 64.

— At 12:52 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road near East Kentucky Power Cooperative.

— At 10:47 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Muddy Creek Road near Browning Lane.

— At 3:09 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 115 Quisenberry Lane.

— At 4:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 6776 Paris Road.

— At 8:03 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road at Clintonville Road.

Charged

— Charley William Tackett, 69, was charged Monday with a registered sex offender violation.

— At 4:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 154 Magnolia St. concerning an assault.

— At 4:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 707 Simba Court after someone broke into a car and took a wallet.

— At 6:44 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 Winchester Plaza concerning a male and female who stole a pair of shoes.

— At 6:45 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an assault at 4 Georgia St.
