Three employees at Clark Regional Medical Center recently received several staff awards.

Lab assistant Becky Puckett won the Director’s Choice award. The Estill County native has worked at Clark Regional for two and a half years.

“I was beyond excited just for the acknowledgement of me doing the very best I can do,” she said. “I have some awesome co-workers in the lab and in the ED. I have learned so much from them. I also love the contact with the patients when they ask for me by name it makes very proud of the job I do knowing I make them feel safe.”

Renee Hurst of Powell County, a recreational therapist, won the Member’s Choice award.

“I feel so blessed and honored to have received this award,” she said. “Knowing my co-workers voted for me is so heartwarming

“The one thing I love the most about my job is the people I work with. Working with such wonderful people; while helping people is awesome.”

Housekeeper Michael Fisher won the CEO Choice award.

“It was an honor to receive this recognition. I was shocked but glad to be a part of it,” he said. “I love helping people and keeping the hospital clean and safe for our visitors and patients.”
