— Today’s Winchester Board of Commissioners meetings have been canceled.

— Celebrate Recovery meeting, 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. The Landing meetings, a support group for ages 13 to 19, are 7 p.m. at the RAC, 17 S. Main St. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the Eight Beatitudes, the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparison. — Special Clark County Fiscal Court meeting, 8 a.m., at Clark County Courthouse. The only item on the agenda is a road closure for the Scarecrow Festival.

— Clark County High School Class of 1948 lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. at Hall’s on the River.

— Lunch and Learn: “Leadership Development and Motivation: Influence,” noon to 1 p.m. Sponsored by Clark County Community Education and Chamber of Commerce. Session is based on “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by John Maxwell. Cost is $10 for chamber members or $15 for non-members, lunch included.
