Charged
— Michael Eugene Woosley, 35, was charged Monday with second-degree disorderly conduct.

— At 12:26 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 4 W. Washington St. in reference to public intoxication.
— At 6:43 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the area of the 96-mile marker on Interstate 64 west in reference to a reckless driver. The caller said a pickup truck was hauling a trailer with no tail lights.
— At 7:05 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 1222 Dale Drive in reference to an animal complaint. The caller said a raccoon came into the home and was sitting on top of the stove.
— At 8:36 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 18 Second St. in reference to someone throwing something at a car causing damage to the body and breaking a mirror off.
— At 8:50 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the area of Main Street and Winn Avenue in reference to public intoxication.
— At 10:45 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 51 Buckner St. in reference to theft of a wheelbarrow, dirt bike and bicycle.
— At 12;05 p.m. Monday, officers respond to 3605 Stamper Drive in reference to someone finding a backpack containing property.
— At 12:10 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 125 Shoppers Drive concerning public intoxication.
— At 12:16 p.m. Monday, officers responded to the area of Maple and Washington streets concerning a possible intoxicated driver.
— At 2:31 p.m. Monday, officers took a report of a stolen Xbox.
— At 2:34 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 422 E. Broadway St. concerning someone cutting down the caller’s trees.
— At 3:11 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 129 Holly Ave. concerning someone being in the home without permission and items missing.
— At 4:48 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 30 Wheeler Ave. concern gin kids yelling and causing a disturbance.
— At 4:49 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning theft of change, a cutting machine and paint from a vehicle.
— At 4:55 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 850 Bypass Road concerning stolen medication.
— At 5:11 p.m. Monday, officers responded to the area of Washington and Oliver streets concerning possible drug activity.
— At 6:36 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 353 E. Broadway St. concerning an overdose. The person was revived using naloxone.
— At 10:31 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 51 Buckner St. concerning theft of items from the house.
— At 11:22 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a complaint of loud music at 406 W. Washington St.
— At 11:27 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 418 Skylark Drive.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 3:27 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to 200 Browning Lane to rescue someone trapped between a piece of machinery and a car.
— At 7:38 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at the 93-mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 8:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Red River and Dry Fork roads.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, two strokes, one seizure and two overdoses.
— At 6:33 p.m. Monday, fire-ems responded to an accident at the area of Martin Luther King Drive and Bypass Road.
— At 8:13 p.m. Monday, fire-ems responded to an accident at the area of Red River and Dry Fork roads.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
— At 10:30 p.m. Monday, deputies were dispatched to Goshen Road in reference to a motorcycle in a ditch. The caller said he noticed the motorcycle and thought it was a wreck, but when deputies arrived there was no one around. The motorcycle had been stripped of some parts and the VIN number had been scratched off. Deputies said the motorcycle appeared to be a 2012 model Harley Davidson.
