Pleasantly surprised by students’ behavior

My company, DoubleStar Corp., was honored to be invited to participate in the career day event at George Rogers Clark High School last week. I freely admit I had a pre-conceived negative expectation of how the students would behave. I am here to report I was totally wrong. Without exception, the students, from eighth grade to seniors, were polite, very respectful, asked intelligent questions and were genuinely interested in our presentation. My thanks to the students, parents, all teachers and the administration for a job well done. I feel much better about the future of Clark County.

Jack Starnes,

president of DoubleStar Corp.
