CLARK COUNTY  SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6:33 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 107 George Court after someone entered a vehicle and took jewelry.

WINCHESTER

FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and two seizures.

— At 2:17 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Station 3, 1100 Fortune Drive. A vehicle stopped at the station while on fire, which was caused by an oil leak. It was extinguished.

— At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 4-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:52 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 704 Williams Drive.

— At 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 2547 Irvine Road to assist with a fall victim.

— At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 4-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 8:26 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1934 Ford Hampton Road.

— At 9:12 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Amber N. Barker, 32, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

— Steven R. Fraley, 18, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

— Levi D. Pankey, 22, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and giving officer a false name or address.

Reports

— At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.

— At 10:44 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 219 Boone Ave. concerning a criminal mischief and property damage complaint.

— At 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Dollar General, 1215 W. Lexington Ave., concerning a theft.

— At 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a child’s bicycle which was left in the caller’s yard.

— At 3:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 146 Buckingham Lane for a harassing communications complaint.

— At 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 222 W. Hickman St. after someone broke into a residence and stole a furnace.

— At 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Levi D. Pankey was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and giving an officer a false name.

— At 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 3 Sycamore St. concerning a domestic disturbance. Steven R. Fraley was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

Accidents

— At 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident at the intersection of West Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road in which Charles Kindred of 9 Bon Haven Drive told officers he did not see another vehicle before hitting it in the rear. The driver of the other vehicle, Christina Guynn of 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive, said she had just started to turn left when her vehicle was hit twice from behind. Kindred was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of arm pain.
