— Daniel S. McCuddy, 33, of 521 Constitution Drive, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

Accidents

— At 6:21 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Clintonville Road in which Austin C. Craft of Richmond lost control of his vehicle as he crested a hill. The vehicle went over an embankment, overturned and landed upside down in a creek. A passenger in the vehicle, Nash Robinson of Winchester, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls and one seizure.

— At 7:56 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Vaught and Hubbard roads.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 5:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 7:28 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Old Boonesboro Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Reports

— At 3:08 p.m Monday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications through social media.

— At 3:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning the fraudulent use of a credit card.

— At 4:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 221 Madison Ave. for a domestic disturbance after the caller said a male threw a bowl of hot noodles at her.

— At 4:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 133 Stevenson Heights after a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 6:21 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 8:02 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft and assault.
