Reports
— At 7:27 a.m. Tuesday, deputies took a report concerning a vehicle damaged by debris on Interstate 64.

FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one overdose.
— At 9:42 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a fuel spill at Bypass and Fulton roads.
— At 9:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a residence at 90 Fitch Ave.
— At 3:28 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., for smoke in an apartment caused by burned food on the stove.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 9:31 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— Tuesday afternoon, firefighters assisted with a walk-in medical patient at Station 1, 200 Barnes Drive.
— At 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 113 Harkins Drive.
— At 6:55 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 123 Colonial Park Drive.
— At 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

Charged
— Joseph Dewayne Clower, 47 ,was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 12:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Brown Proctor, 108 S. Main St., after someone broke into an apartment and took several items.
— At 2:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person sending threatening text messages.
— At 4:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 315 Cherry St. concerning a suspicious person in a vehicle. Joseph Dewayne Clower was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— At 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen bank card.
— At 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1434 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
