Timothy Wayne Banks, 52, of Winchester, loving father of Jordan Banks, passed away Tuesday at the Clark Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Winchester on August 13, 1965, to Calvin and Betty Hyatt Banks who survive in Winchester. He retired from the Clark County Detention Center as a Captain Deputy Jailer.

In addition to his daughter and parents, he is survived by one brother, Calvin (Tisha) Banks of Winchester; a stepson, James Kapfhammer; nephew, Trinity Banks and best friend, Jeffrey Mayo.

There will be no services, per Tim’s wishes. In care of arrangements is the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St.
