The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 5, 2017, with Judge William Clouse presiding.
— James Bryan Devary, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Nov. 9.
— Kevin Everman, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to complicity, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.
— Larry Murray, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; failure to wear seat belt, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; possession of marijuana, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 9.
— Daniel R. Townsend, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed.
— Zachary D. Whalen, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day, sentencing Nov. 9.

— Brian Scott Miller, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years; complicity to second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent.
— Brian Scott Miller, flagrant non-support (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent, concurrent with previous case.
— Dennis Haggard Jr., probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentence imposed.
— Brandon C. Hatton, probation violation, stipulated to violation, returned to alternative sentence and long-term treatment, probation increased to five years.
