— Taco Bell, 110 April Way, 85 percent, taco meat at 122 degrees, personal drinks without lids and straws in food prep area. Follow-up 94 percent.

— The Corner Cupboard, 12435 Iron Works Road, 91 percent, chicken held at 122 degrees. Follow-up 96 percent.

— Campbell Jr. High School, 620 Boone Ave., 99 percent.

— Maddie’s On Main, 50 S. Main St., 100 percent.
